Biography :
Before moving to the Gulf Coast, Dawn spent 26 years in the
engineering department of a large stainless steel manufacturing
company with various roles including project management, supervision, estimating and design.
Dawn’s experience in real estate investments and
property management is a driving force behind her goal to take that experience
to ensure every client she works with
finds perfect home and investment property. Dawn currently manages (6) short
term rental properties
She decided that real estate was a great way to
meet new people, create a flexible schedule,
and continue to grow her property management
business. When you have the opportunity to

passionate realtor who genuinely cares and
loves for everything the area has to offer!!
Dawn grew up in Kansas City, Missouri. She
graduated with a degree in Design and Construction Management from Missouri
State University. She has been active in
sports for most of her life as a competitive speed skater, active in Taekwondo;
as well as running multiple half marathons and countless 10k & 5k races
Dawn and her husband Aaron have 3 grown kids,
Dakota and Ken who are both married, Daisy,
and their youngest Olivia who is the last of
school age kids. They also have two granddaughters
and 4 dogs that are a big part of their large
family!! After spending most of their life in Missouri,
Dawn and her husband Aaron decided to make the
leap and move to the Alabama Gulf Coast.
They absolutely love the area and continue to
live their dream of managing properties and
enjoying the sunshine and beaches of the
beautiful Gulf!!
Dawn wants to focus on helping more families
relocate to our wonderful area and is driven to
find the perfect home by going above and beyond
to research everything related to a property.
As she says perfectly, Dawn is a big city girl
at heart who loves living along the Alabama Gulf
Coast and wants to be your go to for real
estate!!
